To Watch and Learn: Screencasts Online!

http://screencastsonline.com -
this is a weekly video podcast of computer based video tutorials. The video tutorials cover many different topics from week to week but predominantly cover mac related subjects together with the latest web based services, so there are plenty of shows for both mac and windows users.

The video tutorials are in the form of "screencasts" which are basically a video of a screen capture demonstrating a particular application or service, with a spoken commentary explaining what is happening on screen.

Since these are also "podcasts" it means that you can not only use your computer to watch them but also a video iPod!

http://showmedo.com - This is a collection of video tutorials made by kind peers for you to learn new skills. The main subject on these screencasts is open source tools and anyone can submit its videos sharing theirknowledge. An interesting feature of this website is the "video requests" option where people can submit ideas for new videos and vote them to test its interest by the community.

http://www.bestechvideos.com/ - Another website with the same style that also includes videos about Conferences and Companies. This one also features a nice search engine and definitely diserves a visit.

There are many other good website like these appearing and growing. Those are just 3 very good examples of it. Other good places to seek are:
